I can't recommend Elizabeth and her team enough!! Makai Shaved Ice was perfect for our summer wedding on the Cape, such a great treat and guests loved that is was fun and different. Elizabeth was one of my favorite vendors to work with. She was so thoughtful, responsive, and just a joy to interact with. She even did custom flavors and names for our wedding. Thank you!!!

I hired Makai shaved ice for our summer luau and it was a HUGE HIT! Amongst kids and adults and the number one thing everyone has talked about since! This is not your average “snow cone” the texture of the ice is delightful and the flavors are truly packed with flavor! They offer sooooo many flavors and combinations, sugar free, dye free!
The cart is so beautiful and it was truly such a pleasure to work with them and have them at our summer party! Can’t wait for next year, we know we will be hiring them again!

Exceptional quality, communication and service from beginning to end! Elizabeth is organized, thorough, reliable and a lovely human. I've hired her for 3 separate public events at my library and all of them were amazing. The shave ice is absolutely delicious and her thoughtful menu/service addresses every possible food allergy/concern. Shave ice sizes are generous and the flavors are so yummy! Presentation and safe service are clearly a priority. Patrons of all ages rave about the authentic shave ice experience. Cape Cod was missing something and it was Makai Shave Ice!!!!
