Each shave ice is handmade to order with pure filtered water to form our ice blocks, and syrups made with pure cane sugar (no high fructose corn syrup), or with monk fruit for a sugar-free alternative. This natural sweetener has been used for centuries in Asian cultures, and is filled with antioxidants, as well. We are acutely aware of the need for safety due to allergens. So, we are proud to say that our products do not contain the major 8 allergens (gluten, peanuts or peanut derivatives, tree nuts, dairy or dairy derivatives, eggs or egg derivatives, soy or soy derivatives, wheat or wheat derivatives, fish/shellfish). We have daily dye-free and sugar-free (made with all-natural monkfruit) specials.
